It is very easy send your written to Mr. Rossi electronically and it saves natural resources, but you must follow a few guidelines to assure it gets to him safely. Here are a few tips on how to do this successfully:
You can email electronic files to Mr.Rossi at his official school address.
Using your school email address is the best way to do this. This address is easily accessible at school and Mrs. Roy is available to help you should a problem arise. You may also use your personal account, but there may not be help available if it does not work.
Never think that you can delete your original file after sending it because it is now in someone else's hands. It is always a good idea to keep a backup file somewhere. Use a thumb drive or your server file. If you are unsure of how to save it electronically, print out a paper copy.
Missing a due date and using the excuse, "But I sent it to you and it never showed up!" will not be accepted unless you can prove that it was done and saved before the due date. This can only be done by having a backup file or copy of the completed report when it is due.
Always send your file as an attachment. Work in Word or another compatible word processing program and then save your file. When it is time to email it to Mr. Rossi, attach it to an email that explains what it is and who it is coming from.
Do not copy and paste your report into an email. This will cause it to print differently and it will alter graphs, tables, charts, diagrams. They may not make sense.
Always check with Mr. Rossi and verify that he will accept a report electronically before it is sent. Some assignments will not be accepted electronically.
